When you think of stand-up comedians, the first thing that comes up to mind probably isn’t “case study for leadership”, is it?

And yet, as weird as this may sound, I believe stand-up comedians hold some of the most powerful lessons to becoming a more compelling leader.

That's right, it's time to put the LOL back into leadership.
