IT ALL STARTED WITH A CRAZY IDEA…
The Unconventionalists podcast was born out of a simple yet crazy idea: “What if we could record candid conversations with inspiring people about the ups and downs of their journey and share their lessons learned from both?”
And so in hopes to inspire and motivate others to live a more meaningful and purposeful life, the very first episode of The Unconventionalists podcast was launched on the 13th July 2015. on Apple Podcasts (previously known as iTunes).
Nine months later, Founder and Host Mark Leruste left his position as Country Manager of the Movember Foundation (where he helped raise €2.8 million for men’s health) to pursue his purpose of transforming the way we lead and live our lives.
We’ve come a long way from recording our first episodes on Skype on the couch of my living room. Today, we’re proud to produce and broadcast each episode from our pop-up Unconventionalists studio in South London, UK.
Since our humble beginnings, our guests have consistently been unconventional leaders, dreamers and doers who dared to be different.
