ABOUT THE SHOW
The Unconventionalists podcast is a weekly talk show about what it really takes to build and grow a mission-driven business featuring guests such as Noah Kagan, Danielle LaPorte, Chris Guillebeau, Sarah Knight, Dr Rupy Aujla, JP Sears and the founders of TheMinimalists.com.
Listeners often say that each episode feels like eavesdropping on an intimate conversation between two old friends catching up over a drink and chatting about what it is really like to chase your purpose.
IT ALL STARTED WITH A CRAZY IDEA…
The Unconventionalists podcast was born out of a simple yet crazy idea: “What if we could record candid conversations with inspiring people about the ups and downs of their journey and share their lessons learned from both?”
Nine months later, Founder and Host Mark Leruste left his role as Country Manager of the Movember Foundation to turn his passion into a business.
We’ve come a long way from recording our first episodes on Skype, and today, we’re proud to produce and broadcast each episode from our pop-up studio in Camden, London.
Since our humble beginnings, our guests have consistently been entrepreneurs and thought leaders with a purpose and mission to make an impact in this world.
“We believe that being yourself is good for business.” -Mark Leruste, Founder & Host, The Unconventionalists
Call us crazy, but our vision is to help create a world in which everyone gets to wake up in the morning feeling inspired to do work they love, with people they care about, in a way that feels aligned with their core values. Where each and everyone one of us feels encouraged to bring our full-self to work and be inspired to help others become the best version of themselves, every single day.
Our mission is to broadcast meaningful conversations that change people’s lives.
