How to unleash your inner leader

  • Wellcome Sanger Institute Wellcome Genome Campus Conference Centre CB10 1RQ (map)

Let's face it, most employees do not see themselves as the “leadership type” or feel as if they hold a “leadership position” within their organisation. And yet the reality is that leadership has almost nothing to do with an individual’s job title. In fact, you do not need to be the designated leader of an organisation or a group to lead.

Everyone is a leader regardless of role or title.

Sounds crazy, right? And yet anyone can lead at any time, as long as you are willing to take responsibility for what is happening in your world, are willing to explore the different dimensions of leadership and are willing to engage in acts of leadership.

But if a job title doesn't make you a leader, then what does?

Enter Mark Leruste, leadership coach, podcast host, TEDx speaker and founder of The Unconventionalists. In his talk “How To Unleash Your Inner Leader”, you will learn how to embrace and unleash your inner leader, explore multidimensional leadership as well as shift your perspective on your leadership role within your organisation no matter your position on the organisational chart.

This is a brilliant opportunity to discover your inner leader without being judged, and start living with the knowledge that what you do and say matters.
