#98 How to build a movement with Roger Frampton

What if I told you I could wave a magic wand over you and with the snap of my fingers you could have a book deal, a best-selling book, a super popular TEDx talk, a massive following online, oh, and a six pack…

Would you want it?

Here’s the real question though, do you think having all those things would solve all your problems?

If you answered yes to either of the above, you’re in for a treat.

Today’s powerful conversation is with international male model, fitness expert, best-selling author and social media influencer, Roger Frampton who’s TEDx talk, “Why Sitting Down Destroys You” has received more than 2.1 million views on YouTube and who’s book “The Flexible Body” was an instant Amazon best seller.

Roger’s story is an incredible tale of a young man being on track to becoming a carpenter working on building sites to suddenly spending over a decade on the catwalks of Milan, Paris and New York as a male model, making more money than he could have ever dreamed of.

But what Roger didn’t expect next was to be schooled by a six year old girl who would go on to forever change the course of Roger’s career and life.

I had such a blast connecting with Roger at the White City Place Podcast Pod studio where we talked about his journey, his experience of his TEDx talk being his first public speaking experience and what it’s really like to try and build a business around a powerful message.

Roger is on a mission to prove once and for all that good bodies are simply a by-product of a deep understanding of how to move it efficiently and graciously.

We also got super deep and Roger opened up for the first time about a ton of stuff.

Plug in your headphones, turn up the volume, because I have a feeling you're going to love the energy between Roger and I on today's very special episode.

Enjoy!
